WPS Engineering was founded in 2003, with the sole focus of providing bridge inspection services in the state of Texas. WPS Engineering is a highly qualified Prime Service Provider with an established record of managing TxDOT (Texas Department of Transportation) routine bridge inspections, delivering on-time detailed and accurate inspections, reports, and load ratings. WPS has a history of good communication and excellent familiarity with TxDOT's Bridge Management System, AssetWise (BMS).
Our established Quality Assurance Plan helps maintain our reputation for precise inspections. Moreover, our team has comprehensive knowledge of up-to-date and historic guidelines and publications used in the TxDOT bridge inspection program.

Owner
Mrs. Schutz is an Owner and manages the Leander office, performing overhead functions within the company. Mrs. Schutz has a background in architectural design and urban planning. She is experienced in AutoCad technical drafting, 3D modeling and the production of construction plans, assisting the technical staff with bridge plans when needed.
